All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of being placed (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs, weather, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery destination. The total shipping cost will be displayed before you confirm your order.

Worldwide Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time through the carrier's website.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Giovanna's Glow is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately through our Contact Us page and we will do our best to assist before dispatch.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
